The Bristol Drawing School was started by Graham Woodruff and Carol Peace in November 2007 with the aim of celebrating the importance and diversity of drawing.
In September 2011 the school moved to the The Royal West of England Academy (RWA), this exciting move enabled the school to expand it's program.
In 2016, the Bristol Drawing School was rebranded as the RWA Drawing School, and continues to offer a diverse range of courses and workshops.
