Terms and Conditions

Places are only confirmed on receipt of full payment which must be received within 2 weeks before the course is due to start. Failure to pay by this time may result in your place being offered to someone else. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

We accept most major credit and debit cards (apart from American Express) as well as cash, bank transfer or cheques. All course fees are inclusive of VAT.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of the start of the course or workshop you will not receive a refund unless we can find a replacement. Similarly cancellations midway through a course can only be refunded if a substitute is found and the tutor approves.

If we cancel a course or workshop for whatever reason then you will be offered a different date, course or full refund.

Photography

We regularly take photographs of our courses and workshops for publicity purposes, if for any reason you would not like your photograph to be taken and displayed then do let us know
